About Integrity Transitional Hospital

Within the continuum of healthcare, long-term acute care hospitalization provides specialized acute hospital care for medically complex patients who are critically ill, who suffer from multi-system complications and/or failures, and who require extended acute care hospitalization.  Integrity Transitional Hospital is unique, in that we compliment the traditional short-term acute hospital by meeting the medical needs of patients who need a little longer to recover from their debilitating condition(s). 

Our hospital offers specialized treatment programs and aggressive clinical and therapeutic interventions on a 24-hour/7 day a week basis.  The Physicians who practice at Integrity Transitional Hospital are trained in a variety of medical specialties including internal medicine, infectious diseases, physical and rehabilitative medicine, and oversee the care of our patients on a daily basis. Integrity Transitional Hospital is committed to providing second to none long-term acute and rehabilitative hospitalization for people experiencing a catastrophic illness or debilitating injury. Our goal is to provide extended acute care hospitalization with Integrity.

Integrity Transitional Hospital/ITH will be an approved Medicare provider and certified by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospital Organizations.  Additionally, ITH is reimbursed by most commercial managed care plans.
