Mission Statement:

Vision:
"To be recognized by the healthcare community as providing innovative medical care and services. We envision a healthcare delivery system that promotes individual participation in life re-design in a positive and constructive health environment. This will be accomplished by evoking a balance between limited resources and the following values:
