Integrity Transitional Hospital (ITH) is a 38,500 square foot, 54-bed long-term acute care hospital (LTCH) located in Denton, Texas. ITH is managed by Denton Transitional LTCH Management Group, LLC, a healthcare management company consisting of highly qualified healthcare professionals with over 100 combined years of healthcare experience, the majority of which within the LTCH arena. Although most senior management personnel are employees of the management group, ITH has additional on site senior managers who are full time employees of the hospital. The entire management team is dedicated to operating and managing Integrity Transitional Hospital in the most effective and efficient manner possible, and with the highest level of Integrity.

Robert F. Berry, CPA - Principal and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Berry has twenty-three (23) years of health care management experience in all facets of health delivery services. Mr. Berry currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Pin Oak Centers for Healing, Inc. and CEO of Lane Frost Health and Rehabilitation Center, a 60 bed long-term acute care hospital located in rural Southeastern Oklahoma. Mr. Berry’s prior service includes Executive Director of Specialty Hospital–Austin, Administrator of Kindred Hospital of Kansas City, Chief Operating Officer – Providers Plus Home Care, Senior Vice President of Finance– Memorial Hospital of Southern Oklahoma, Administrator-Woodward Hospital and Health Center, and Senior Auditor-Price Waterhouse, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Robert earned his Bachelor’s in Business/Finance at Oklahoma State University.
Tony Rex - Principal and Vice President of Development and Administration/Administrator/Chief Executive Officer - Integrity Transitional Hospital, Denton, Texas
Mr. Rex has over fifteen (15) years experience in healthcare administration, marketing and development and has worked for established hospital companies such as Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), Vencor/Kindred, Mariner Post Acute Network and Genesis Specialty Hospitals. Mr. Rex has a proven track record in hospital management as well as successful experience in referral development and new hospital project development, and has exhibited proven results in increasing census, payer mix and overall hospital success. Tony earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Southwest Texas State University.
Tammie Berry, RN - Vice President of Clinical Operations
Ms. Berry is a bachelor prepared Registered Nurse and has twenty-six (26) years of healthcare experience, with the majority of clinical experience in the long term acute care arena. Ms. Berry has extensive experience in administrative and operational hospital management and boasts seventeen (17) years of long- term acute care and rehabilitative hospital experience with companies such as Lane Frost Health and Rehabilitation Center, Mariner Post Acute Network and Genesis Specialty Hospitals. Furthermore, Ms. Berry has extensive experience in regulatory compliance and program development, implementation and monitoring. Ms. Berry is a proven operations officer who brings the best balance of care delivery and financial performance. Tammie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Texas Women’s University in Denton, Texas.
Renee Hayes – Vice President of Finance
Ms. Hayes has twelve (12) years of Healthcare finance experience. Ms. Hayes has served four years as the Chief Financial Officer for Lane Frost Health and Rehabilitation Center, a long term acute care hospital. Prior experience includes three years as the Chief Financial Officer for Kindred Healthcare, a long term acute care hospital, Controller for ValueMark Behavioral Healthcare for two years and served three years with Oklahoma Associates of Pediatrics as their Controller. Renee has a strong background in Healthcare reimbursement and financial operations. Renee earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma.
Larry Olson, CHSP - Vice President of Facilities Management
Mr. Olson comes to us with 30 years of experience in the construction and healthcare facility management industry. He attained his Master Level Healthcare Safety Professional certification and has maintained a State of Texas Master Plumbing license with Master level endorsements of a Water Supply Protection Specialist and medical gas installations. Mr. Olson is experienced in many facets of constructing and maintaining healthcare facilities, whereby enforcing strict compliance of all safety protocols and procedures within all appropriate regulatory agency standards. With years of experience as a Project Manager, Larry has been involved in small renovations as well as $20M+ projects. Past facility management positions held have been with Specialty Hospital Group-Austin (Texas), Universal Health Services, Magellan Corporation, HEALTHSOUTH, and National Medical Enterprises, whereby he managed a partnership with ServiceMaster Corporation and Sodexho Marriott Management Services.
Michael Hansen - Vice President of Information Technology
As the Director of Information Technology for Lane Frost Health and Rehabilitation Center in Hugo, Oklahoma, Mr. Hansen draws from over a decade of experience in the Research and Development Labs, Production Labs, Disaster Recover Systems, Storage Systems, Open Systems, and Medical Equipment. Additionally, Mr. Hansen has spent considerable time traveling the Continental United States working in these fields and has from time to time spoken publicly on these topics.
Sally Parker - Vice President of Compliance
Ms. Parker has spent 10 years in the area of education dealing with title IV funding and career counseling with the Southeastern Oklahoma State University EOC program. Ms. Parker received her Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Psychology along with a Masters of Science degree in education. Ms. Parker coordinated the first Bachelor degree program in rural Oklahoma (Hugo) by partnering with Oklahoma Wesleyan University out of Bartlesville Oklahoma (BSN & BBA). She has worked the last five years as the Director of Quality Management and Education for Lane Frost Health and Rehabilitation Center in Hugo, Oklahoma and provides the Hospital additional support through HIPAA compliance education and licensing updates monitoring. Sally holds a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education and a Bachelors of Arts in Communications and Psychology

Tony Rex - Administrator/CEO
Mr. Rex has over fifteen (15) years experience in healthcare administration, marketing and development and has worked for established hospital companies such as Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), Vencor/Kindred, Mariner Post Acute Network and Genesis Specialty Hospitals. Mr. Rex has seen the Integrity Transitional Hospital project through from the very beginning and is proud to see its completion and become operational in the Fall of 2006. Tony’s investment in establishing the first long-term acute care hospital (LTCH) the Denton and Lewisville market is fostered by his belief that people who suffer from acute, chronic health conditions and who require longer periods of time in an acute care hospital, deserve a qualified and reputable LTCH provider be available within a short driving distance of their home and the medical facility from which they are referred.
